Waterborne Hydroxyl Acrylic Emulsion WL-5033
WL-5033 is water based acrylic copolymer dispersion suitable for metal or plastic basecoats. It provides good metal orientation and atomization, suggested uses for metallic and solid color waterborne basecots for the automotive OEM market and metallic basecots for plastic substrates.

Resin Properties:
- Suitable for aluminum powder oriented resin
- Viscosity is small and easy to operate
- Fast drying, good flexibility
Usage:
When WL-5033 is applied, it is necessary to add film forming additive, and the recommended dosage is 2%-5%. WL-5033 can be formed into a film independently, also can add into a small amount of amino resin to prepare amino baking paint. Amino resin is recommended to add 5-10% of the amount of emulsion. PH value can be adjusted by N,N-DMEA, ammonia water or AMP95.
The construction and preparation equipment can be cleaned with water, alkaline cleaner or water-soluble solvent.
Storage:
The product should be stored in cool, dry and ventilated conditions, the quality guarantee period is 6 months, and the expired products still can be used if passing the inspections. Suggested storage temperature is 15-35℃,avoid freezing.
